The Division of Urology at the University of Colorado is recruiting a full time, general urologist to join our faculty. The start-date is somewhat flexible, and we are looking to fill the position between August and December of 2018
This is a clinical position with very limited teaching or research obligations. The University of Colorado Health System is opening a new, state-of-the-art hospital in Highlands Ranch, which is located in the southern part of the Denver metropolitan area. Highlands Ranch is one of the premier areas in the nation to live and raise a family. Recognized by Forbes as one of the top 25 places in America to move to, it is a vibrant and beautiful community, offering immediate access to world-class skiing, hiking, mountain biking and many more outdoor activities. Denver is a short drive away and has a thriving social, business and cultural life.
The Division of Urology is a rapidly expanding program, ranked number 38 in the nationthis year by US News and World Report. We have fellowship-trained urologists in every urologic subspecialty and accept three residents into our urology residency program each year. Additionally, we have highly successful fellowships in pediatric urology and reconstructive urology.
Compensation for this position will be highly competitive and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
This position would be ideally suited for an experienced urologist looking to relocate to the beautiful state of Colorado and join a stable, highly skilled and very supportive urology program. It would also provide an exceptional opportunity to a urologist just finishing his or her training and looking to begin a career in clinical practice.
