Large private multi-subspecialty Ophthalmology practice located in Southern Connecticut is seeking a full time Glaucoma Specialist to join as an associate leading to partnership. We are a well-established 14 Physician, Board-Certified practice that has been treating diseases of the eyes of Connecticut residents for over 40 years. Comprised of Comprehensive Ophthalmologists and subspecialists in Retina-Vitreous, Glaucoma, Cornea-External Disease, Refractive Surgery, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, and Oculoplastics. In-house retail optical and contact lens services in each of our 4 office locations; Waterbury, Southbury, New Haven & Branford. We have 115 employees including Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologists, Technicians and Assistants; Certified Retinal Angiographers, Certified Orthoptists, Licensed Opticians, in-house Billing Representatives and Administrative staff. Fully integrated EHR technology with full-time in-house IT team support staff. Our well established practice enjoys an excellent reputation and strong referral network. Quality of care for patient and family is a #1 priority. Longstanding involvement with Yale's ophthalmology program include resident teaching opportunities if desired. Potential equal partnership track. Ever-increasing referrals and senior glaucoma partner cutting back is providing a need for a new glaucoma associate who will be busy fairly quickly.
