Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Relocation Incentives: Not Authorized Appraised Value Offer (AVO): Not Authorized Relocation Expenses: Not Authorized The Executive Director (ED) for Neurology serves as a senior principal advisor to the Chief Officer, Specialty Care Services, and the Assistant Under Secretary for the Health for Clinical Services on all policies and procedures pertaining to deliver of services, assessment, or services and outcome analysis relating neurology. The ED provides national leadership to and has advisory and consultative responsibility for all Veterans Health Administration (VHA) neurology service programs and initiatives. The ED collaborates with Network and Medical Center Directors to assure that top quality medical healthcare delivery services are made available, immediately accessible, and efficiently provide to all eligible Veterans. In addition, the ED for Neurology provides oversight to several specific purpose workgroups that include six Parkinson's Disease Research Educational and Clinical Centers, two Multiple Sclerosis Centers of Excellence, and four Epilepsy Centers of Excellence.
