Our Hospitalist team is seeking an experienced physician who possesses strong, dynamic leadership skills to join our team. This position will include working at both of our Inland Northwest hospitals - Deaconess and Valley Hospital, located in Spokane, WA. Your role will be dedicated to 70% patient care, while 30% will be as an Associate Medical Director working directly under the Inland Northwest Hospitalist Medical Director. Administrative duties will include, but are not limited to - attending necessary meetings, completing yearly professional reviews, implementing policies that pertain to quality, and involvement in yearly bonus metrics and visionary projects that continue to foster and create a team of excellence and success in our INW Hospitalist team.This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a collegial group that is engaged in patient satisfaction, quality and process improvement. In addition, we are actively involved with medical student and resident teaching and have partnered with Washington State University, Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, University of Washington and our local Internal Medicine Residency Program.Requirements:
Experience working as a Hospitalist
Board certified at time of employment
Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
