Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join well-established, and synergistic Internal Medicine team at PMG Clackamas. You'll be part a collaborative team of caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value primary care to a medically complex, and culturally diverse patient population. The practice offers an integrated care model with behaviorist, pharmacist, nursing staff, as well as Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, and Internal Medicine. • Full-time, 1.0 FTE at 4 or 4.5 days per week
• Monday to Friday, variable days, daytime hours
• Phone only call with support from after-hours RN Triage
• Team-based care model working closely with advanced practice clinician(s)
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in working with older adults
