A state-of-the-art 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains near Steamboat Springs, Colorado is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon for a part-time role in a supportive, low-volume environment. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy autonomy, a predictable schedule, and a lifestyle-focused practice.Position Highlights: 12 weeks of time off built in. 4-Day Work Week: 2 clinic days + 2 OR days per week (24 clinical hours; 32 hours with call). $480,000 base salary for 24-32 hours per week. $50,000 sign-on bonus.
