Practice Information:
- This is an employed position within Intermountain Medical Group
- Join two other Nephrology Physicians in a busy and thriving practice with a broad patient population
- Enjoy a mix of dialysis center management, inpatient care, and outpatient clinic care
- Share a 1:4 inpatient call rotation
- You’ll be supported by PRN physicians, and APPs
- Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
