Trinity Health Grand Rapids (THGR) is seeking a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgery Service Line Medical Director to join our new Orthopedic Surgery team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to a mission of excellence in patient satisfaction and best clinical outcomes.

The selected physician will be responsible and accountable for the Orthopedic program in Grand Rapids occurring in both the ambulatory and hospital settings. The physician will also direct the overarching vision, strategy, programmatic offerings, quality, service, and financial performance for all Orthopedic services.

This full-time role is 0.6 Clinical FTE (Total Joint surgical) and 0.4 Administrative FTE.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of clinical practice experience and three to five years of experience in a leadership role (or have completed training specific skills). Physicians must be board certified in Orthopedic Surgery within two years of completion of residency. A State of Michigan license, DEA, and ACLS and BLS certifications are required at time of employment.
