SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is a prominent academic center and tertiary referral hospital in SSM Health's network, serving as the primary teaching hospital for SLU School of Medicine. As a Level 1 Trauma and STEMI Center and Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center, the hospital's 43-bed Emergency Department (ED) provides high-acuity care, serving approximately 50,000 patients per year including over 3,500 trauma patients in its Emergency Department. The Division is supported by 17 EM faculty, 24 EM residents, and 4 advanced practice providers.
Job Details:
- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic medical conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Examines patients to determine general physical and emotional condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO
- BE/BC in Emergency Medicine
- Ability to obtain Missouri Medical and DEA licensures
